First floor:

The very large master suite is the is the focus of this level. It has a walk-in dressing room as well as an excellent quality bathroom with bath-tub, separate shower, and separate toilet. The veranda of this room faces the Bay of Funchal.
There are two guest bedrooms with built-in cupboards, both leading out through sliding doors to a veranda with the same great views. A guest bathroom of equal quality serves these bedrooms.

Basement:

A large games room (60m²) with wc and a garage for three cars completes the accommodation.

Comments:

The building materials used in this villa are of a very high standard. All wooden floors are in "Pitch Pine"; the ceramic tiles and kitchen units are of the best available; the bathrooms are finished in marble; windows are double glazing; a music system is channeled in the bedrooms; an alarm system and video-intercom completes the safety of the property.
