Location

Located in Calheta, on the south-west coast of Madeira. This area is renowned for having the best climate in Madeira. It is a mere 30 minutes' drive from Funchal on the new motorways and tunnels. The area enjoys good access to the sea, a new marina complex and the natural beauty of the coastline, making it the location of choice for holiday and permanent homes alike. Calheta also serves as a starting point for various mountain walks, with levadas in abundance. The future golf course in Prazeres and a second marina complex in Ponta do Sol also add to the attraction.

The Land

Located on the sea-front, this land extends all the way to the actual sea cliff, with a possibility of adding direct sea access. The location can well be considered unique, as there are very few properties with these characteristics on the Island due to the fairly irregular and abrupt coastline.

The land enjoys excellent access via a secondary road, and is a mere 5 min. drive from the Calheta beach and marina complex. Another unique feature is the fact that it is practically flat.

There is presently a ruin of an old Madeiran stone cottage on the land, needing complete renovation.
